As a Band 5 Community Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients in the community. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medication, and providing education to patients and their families.

You must be a registered nurse with a valid NMC pin and have previous experience working in a community setting.
