Circle Health Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our team as a Team Leader at The Manor Hospital in Bedford, Bedfordshire, South East England. This temporary position will begin on 22/01/2025 and end on the same day, with a shift start at 08:00:00 and end at 18:00:00. The payment rate for this shift is £290.30 per shift.
As an Anaesthetic Practitioner - Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of anaesthetic practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care within our hospital. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the anaesthetic department, coordinating and delegating tasks to team members, and providing clinical leadership and support to ensure the safe and efficient running of the department.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all anaesthetic procedures are carried out in accordance with best practice guidelines and that patient safety is maintained at all times. You will also be expected to participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the quality of care provided to our patients.
In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also be required to provide direct patient care as an Anaesthetic Practitioner. This will involve preparing patients for surgery, administering anaesthesia, monitoring patients throughout surgical procedures, and assisting with patient recovery post-operatively.
