Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Ward Nurse to join our team at Spire Leicester Hospital. As a Ward Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and patient-centered care to surgical and orthopaedic patients during a temporary assignment from 18/01/2025 to 18/01/2025.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients
- Monitoring and evaluating patients' condition and progress
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assisting with procedures and surgeries in the ward
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
Required qualifications and skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Experience working in a surgical or orthopaedic setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
