About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis with Sirona Care & Health. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need of care and support.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients under the supervision of healthcare professionals. Your duties may include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Helping patients with mobility issues to move around safely

- Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature

- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients

- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding

- Keeping accurate records of patient care activities

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant

- Relevant qualifications in health and social care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
