Radiographer
Ref: TXHUVS2As a Radiographer at The Runneymede Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients. You will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines, to produce diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment for our patients.
In addition to performing imaging procedures, you will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, and adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. You will need to have excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in radiography and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You should also have experience working as a Radiographer in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or clinic. Knowledge of radiographic techniques and procedures, as well as proficiency in using imaging equipment and software, is essential.
