Job Description: Band 5 - Community Nurse
Sirona Care & Health is currently seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join our team at Worle Health Centre in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset. This is a temporary position with a start date of 04/01/2025 and an end date of 04/01/2025.
As a Band 5 Community Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the community. This will involve conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering treatment to patients in their own homes. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive holistic care that meets their needs.
The shift will start at 08:00:00 and end at 17:00:00, and the payment rate for this role is £342 per shift.
This role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to providing excellent care to patients. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid nursing qualification and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Previous experience in a community nursing role is desirable but not essential.
